Have you been to Headlsburg lately? Although the Valle has changed, the quality is much greater. You just have to stay away from the 1 grand a night hotels. ( BTW- for context, I’ve been going there since 1977).

I go to the small places where locals go for great food and better prices. It’s become a tourist destination.
