You will not be disappointed.

I’ve lived in Xalapa for about 15 years, and one of the things I like best about it is that it’s not too touristy. This article fails to mention the beautiful city parks–four within walking distance of one another–and the symphony orchestra, the oldest and, some say, the best in Mexico. The jalapeño pepper is called that because it was first canned here, but the peppers are grown in the neighboring state of Puebla. Xalapa’s climate is not the best for growing peppers. Xalapa is great, but shhhhhhhh. Let’s keep it a secret.
