Yea, the salad is very colorful but instructions and ingredients are omitted! I’m not eating poinsetta leaves so spinach will be it’s replacement!

Never heard of this and I have lived in Yucatan for almost 20 years. In which part of Mexico is it traditional? And what are the white bits (looks like cheese?) in the second picture? Not mentioned in the recipe.

How many ounces of poinsettia flowers/leaves? They are in the photo, however not included in the recipe.

Good salad, but we found the Nochebuena leaves a bit tough for our taste!
